Bournemouth is an amazing place, but the vibrant town I remember from my childhood has been let down by more than a decade of neglect by the Conservatives.

I have seen the decline of our high streets and town centre. I have felt the pain of rising energy bills and food costs. NHS waiting times are at record highs, and people like my grandparents have struggled to access quality local social care. Sewage is being pumped into our rivers and seas at an alarming rate. And crime is on the rise. The next election could not be more important. After 13 years of the Conservatives, it's time for change.

I don't come from a political family, but I was taught to value hard work, honesty and public service. Throughout my career, I've worked with businesses, governments and charities to solve problems and get things done. I've campaign on early years education, fair taxation and cost of living support. Now I want to deliver the best deal for people in Bournemouth West.

I believe that together we can win a Labour MP in Bournemouth West for the first time ever - and work to make sure Bournemouth fulfils its potential. I want to see a Bournemouth that builds on its reputation for innovation and creativity, that protects its environment and ensures it is the best possible place to live, work and visit.
