David Lawrence

David Lawrence is Labour's parliamentary candidate in Basingstoke. David lived in Basingstoke as a child and has spent his career working as a community organiser helping people with personal debt, a campaigner on behalf of small businesses and an international policy expert at one of the world's leading think tanks. His Christian faith and grounding in Basingstoke's community has motivated him to stand to be the town's first ever Labour MP. David's priorities for Basingstoke are: making Basingstoke's NHS services the best in Hampshire, investing in the town's road infrastructure and supporting families struggling with the cost of living.
