I have a vision for Ilford South – and nothing has held me back from delivering that vision for you.
 
 Our voice isn’t being heard in Westminster and the Tories are looming large. We need to change both. I am asking to be your MP to fight for Ilford South and win a Labour government.
 
 Ilford is my home, where I went to school, and where I brought my family up. When I joined the council in 2010, we were a small band of councillors in a Tory authority which had never had a Labour majority.
 
 Against the odds we won the council and saved our local hospital A&E from closure. We won those victories together, and we will win again
