Rosa is a West Oxfordshire District Councillor and in May 2019 became the first woman Leader of the now Labour controlled Witney Town Council.
At her roots, Rosa is a community activist committed to fighting inequality and promoting a society of Labour and Co-operative values based on solidarity, tolerance and respect. Last year, Rosa led the Save Cogges Surgery campaign, successfully preventing the closure of a GP surgery in Witney.
Rosa is committed to tackling the effects of the climate crisis, she chairs the newly formed Climate and Bio-diversity committee on Witney Town Council working hard to reverse air pollution, reduce traffic and make our towns and villages happier, healthier places to live.
Rosa is a graduate of the Jo Cox Women in Leadership programme, a mother to two young children, a reluctant runner, but most of all looking forward to being your voice in Westminster.
