Chris was forged in the Teesside steel industry and has run a successful business locally, developing green technologies. He believes we need more politicians with real world experience, who know how to get things done. He has fought hard for local industry and wants our young people to have the opportunity for a great education, apprenticeships and jobs.

Crime – I commit to town centre police patrols, tackling gangs, drug dealers and fly tippers. Nationally, we will recruit 13,000 more police and PCSOs, putting more police on the beat across Stockton.

Cost of Living - We will set up a national energy provider that will cut your bills. I will bring new jobs, making Stockton a centre for health and medicines and Billingham a centre for green energy.

Health - I will fight for our local hospital and tackle our high levels of child poverty and poor health. We will rebuild the NHS, bring back the family doctor, deliver two million more hospital appointments and 700,000 more dental appointments.

As Stockton North’s Labour MP, I will put our country first and support our armed forces and veterans. I will stand up for Stockton North so that our voice is heard in Westminster.
