Diolch am ymweld. I’m Kanishka, Labour’s Parliamentary Candidate in the Vale of Glamorgan.

I am a Barry resident, raised in Cardiff, who witnessed a Labour government’s impact from Westminster firsthand: the dawn of a minimum wage, a boost in funding for education and healthcare, an economy going in the right direction.

Part of a new generation in politics, I am standing to undo the damage of thirteen years of Conservative government. My priorities are getting the basics right – good local jobs, safer neighbourhoods, our community first. At its core, I believe that, together, we can make a brighter tomorrow for the Vale.
