Candidate for Ipswich

Sandy Martin is a Labour Parliamentary candidate for the Ipswich Constituency. He was elected to Parliament as MP for Ipswich on June 8th 2017.  Prior to this, Sandy served as Suffolk County Councillor for the St John's division from 1997 to 2017, and as Ipswich Borough Councillor for St John's ward from 2002 until 2014.

On 25 October 2018 he became Shadow Minister for Waste and Recycling.

Ipswich Constituency covers the Ipswich Borough Council Wards of Alexandra, Bixley, Bridge, Gainsborough, Gipping, Holywells, Priory Heath, Rushmere, Sprites, St Johns, St Margarets, Stoke Park and Westgate.
